Particularly good breakfast with several options. Location - marvellous really close to most transport, the tram or metro, and the great sites in Alfama and Chaido...

I was here for 2 days and would love to return. The stay here was really comfortable, enjoyed the hotel, it was fairly clean with unbeatable and brilliant location near Lisbon, Praca Do Comercio and shops. The service was all in all terrific: D

Exceptionally comfortable bed, updated room, overall nice facilities. Fantastic breakfast and fascinating views of the old town. Great location and easy access to a church and a castle walk from the hotel. Nestled walk from eateries and cafes.

The very large rooms and bathroom are very much appreciated! Also the very friendly staff!
The prices in the bar and rooftop-bar! Great hustle and bustle during breakfast.

Couples looking for a Solid Stay
The rooftop was a real gem, not just for the food, but the view was very nice like really beautiful! And the staff were super friendly, even brought us a bottle of sparkling wine for our anniversary, you know?
It wasn't cheap but still reasonable enough.

Transfer in the hotel, we had to go to another hotel for 3 nights but this was neatly solved.Taxi costs to the center were fully refunded, staff solved this very well!
In the morning you can hear confused noise from outside but we didn't find this really annoying.

Great location and friendly vibes!
We stayed for 4 nights and had a blast! The room was cozy, and the bed comfy. Loved the breakfast spread-everything from pastries to fruits. We got a sweet surprise for my husband's birthday too! One bummer was the lack of free outlets to charge our phones, but everything else was on point.

The rooms were spacious enough and looked good. The breakfast was fantastic as described in previous references. The location is perfect for exploring the city centre from there! Also highly recommended is the guided bike tour of Bajabikes.
actually nothing, the elevator is busy around breakfast time.

Perfect location; free parking under the hotel, top!
Noisy air conditioning, to open the windows is not an option because of the noise outside

The breakfast selection stood out with a fantastic variety that catered well to different tastes. Our room was spacious and provided a lovely view of Castelo de S.Jorge. There were no sufficient plug sockets available, made charging devices a challenge, and the wardrobe door was difficult to open fully, complicating access to the room's safe. Some external noise disrupted our sleep, which detracted from the overall comfort.

Pleasant room in front, views of trams and city. Hotel has great rooftop bar (with rooftop prices). Breakfast good, car parking is free in garage under hotel. Lively city hotel.

Location in the center was top! Breakfast buffet very good; a pity that if you had breakfast outside on the terrace, the entrance of the breakfast room on the terrace side was quickly closed, so you had to walk all the way to the main entrance.
For a 4 star hotel I had expected more; shower beam is moderate / low light in the bathroom / long queue for breakfast / 2 elevators to 9 floors; so long waiting. No coffee/tea facilities in the room. Price-quality ratio;too expensive.
